Internal Pulse Generator Settings
The SENS:PLS2:ADV:PGEN:MODE command sets the pulse generator mode (generation disabled, template 1 pulse, template 2 pulses, template 3 pulses, generation of N pulses, continuous generation).
The SENS:PLS2:ADV:PGEN:DEL command sets delays (1...3) in these modes.
TheSENS:PLS2:ADV:PGEN:WIDT command sets the pulse width (1...3).
The SENS:PLS2:ADV:PGEN:COUN command sets the number of pulses N in BURSt mode.
