NEW S5180B 2-Port 18 GHz VNA

S5180B offers improved performance and functionality compared to its predecessor S5180 Compact VNA. S5180B has a frequency range of 100 kHz to 18 GHz, featuring an improved dynamic range (>140 dB) and is the first CMT VNA with built-in Pulse Modulation Generation/Measurement capabilities which will expand measurement proficiency for the development, manufacturing, and testing of high-power amplifiers. Specifically, on-wafer components where a heat sync isn’t practical. The Pulse Modulation feature is a paid software option sold separately from the VNA which supports various types of pulse measurements and can be added anytime during or after the initial VNA purchase.
