For the measurement of a Device Under Test (DUT) to be accurate, the fixture which connects to it must be designed to provide an interface free of discontinuities and resonances. This webinar will review best practices for fixture design to achieve this end. A well-designed fixture may then be de-embedded with our Automatic Fixture Removal (AFR) software in order to arrive at an accurate measurement of the DUT alone. While Copper Mountain Technologies is not a fixture design company, we want to share what we have learned about fixtures to help you with yours.
