C4220 2-Port 20 GHz Analyzer, Frequency Extension Compatible

C4220 Vector Network Analyzer delivers industry-leading dynamic range and sweep speed, with all the features engineers have come to expect included standard in our software. This VNA is frequency extender compatible and is the anchor network analyzer for the CobaltFx frequency extender system.

 

This “full rack” vector network analyzer with dimensions of 17″ x 17.3″ x 5.5″ (430 x 440 x 140 mm) and a weight of just 31 lbs. (14 kg), can be used in the laboratory and in production testing, without requiring a lot of space/ The VNA can be integrated into production test system via Manufacturing Test plug-in. Auxiliary Board Option is available on all Cobalt VNAs at the time of order (factory-installed) or as an add-on at a later date.

 

C4220 VNA includes an RF measurement module and S2 software application which runs on a Windows PC, laptop, or tablet, connecting to the measurement hardware via USB interface. S2 software can be installed on multiple computers that share the use of the analyzer measurement module.

 

VNAs and ACMs are delivered with factory calibration certificates containing no data. The add-on option for ISO17025/Z540-1 Accredited, Traceable Calibration Certificate and Uncertainties is available and needs to be specified at time of order.

Our 20 GHz VNA comes with all the features engineers have come to expect included standard in our software: linear/logarithmic sweeps with multiple trace formats, power sweeps, time domain and gating conversion, frequency offset mode, fixture simulation (embedding/de-embedding), 16 independent channels with up to 16 traces each, markers with marker search tools and marker math, various conversion algorithms, and limit tests for pass/fail criteria, etc. This VNA is frequency extender compatible and is the anchor network analyzer for the CobaltFx frequency extender system. Test Automation programming in LabView, Python, MATLAB, .NET, etc.
