  • BFx-02 Frequency Extension Base provides mmWave measurements without a VNA. It’s a significantly more affordable, purpose-built solution optimized for testing environments that require repeat measurements with high throughput.
  • Advanced Series VNAs are ultra-fast, high-performance 2-port VNAs up to 22 GHz. The series features an Fx and a DFx model for frequency extenson and DRA compatibility, suitable for advanced applications like research and design.

Supported Frequency Extenders

Copper Mountain Technologies VNAs are fully compatible with a range of frequency extenders that have been thoroughly tested and validated for performance across various frequency bands. You can pair our instruments with frequency extenders of your choice, or your existing frequency extenders. Alternatively, we would be happy to provide a bundled solution for you that includes both the VNA or BFx-02 Frequency Extension Base and a suitable frequency extender from a third-party manufacturer, validated to your application prior to shipping. Pacific Antenna Systems Case Study

Software

The Advanced Series VNAs come with all the software features engineers have come to expect, at no additional cost. Standard software features include:

 

  • Linear/logarithmic sweeps with multiple trace formats
  • Power sweeps
  • Time domain and gating conversion
  • Frequency offset mode
  • Fixture simulation (embedding/de-embedding)
  • 16 independent channels with up to 16 traces each
  • Markers with marker search tools and marker math, various conversion algorithms, and limit tests for pass/fail criteria, etc.
