SN0904 4-Port 9 GHz Vector Network Analyzer

The SN0904 is a 4-port 9 GHz VNA (Vector Network Analyzer) designed for reliable test & measurement for daily engineering needs. Supporting full 4-port 2-path measurements up to 16 S-Parameters (S11-S44) with our advanced measurement software included in purchase, this instrument is suited for RF component production, aerospace & defense, medical devices, telecommunications, and automotive applications.

VNAs and ACMs are delivered with factory calibration certificates. The add-on option for ISO17025/Z540-1 Accredited, Traceable Calibration Certificate and Uncertainties is available and needs to be specified at time of order.

The Copper Mountain Technologies SN0904 is compatible with S4 VNA software for Windows PC, laptop, tablet, or x86 board computer connecting to the measurement hardware via USB interface. S4 software can be installed license free on multiple computers, making it easy and secure for shared use of the vector network analyzer.
