Automatic Fixture Removal

SCPI Command

AFR:SYSTem:DATA:SAVE <string>

Description

Saves the raw S-parameters of the fixture measured on the calibrated analyzer without additional processing.

no query

Parameter

<string> path for the desired folder to save the raw S-parameters (*.SNP).

CAUTION

The number of files to be saved is equal to the number of fixture measurement patterns (measurement steps). However the user interface, as well as the command, requires to enter only one path to save files.

An example of the file saving path is "C:/Users/setup1", where setup1 is the prefix for saving all files. When calling the command SYSTem:CORRECTion:SAVE "C:/Users/setup1" the files setup1_TranmsissionRawData.s2p, setup1_OpenRawData.s2p, setup1_ShortRawData.s2p, setup1_DutRawData.s2p will be saved into the folder "C:/Users". The measurement pattern will be added to the prefix setup1 specified by the user.
