SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) text commands are used to control the AFR remotely.
Commands sent to the plug-in and responses from the plug-in are sent as text messages that comply with the SCPI standard. These messages are delivered over computer networks using the TCP/IP Socket network protocol. TCP/IP Socket is a general purpose network protocol.
