SCPI Command
SYSTem:FIFO:OVERflow?
Reads the state of the FIFO buffer overflow flag. The flag is set to 1 when the buffer is full and the next sweep cannot be written to it. The buffer is full when the difference between the number of sweeps written and read is equal to the buffer capacity set by the SYST:FIFO:SWE:CAP command. The flag is reset by the commands to start writing SYST:FIFO ON and clearing SYST:FIFO:DATA:CLE. Note: Cobalt Series, S5180B, and S5243 models only. |
