Description
Sets or reads out the value of the modulation pulse width. In the synchronous modes (Point-in-pulse and Pulse Profile modes) this value represents the pulse width regardless to the pulse trigger source. In Asynchronous mode this value represents the pulse width for the internal asynchronous pulse source only. Warning: The pulse mode must be set with the SENS:SWE:PULS:MODE command before this command. Note: S5180B model only. |
