Description
Measures the calibration data of all reflection standards of the ACM on the specified port when the frequency offset feature is on for scalar mixer calibration. Use ACM measurement instead of measuring three mechanical standards: OPEN, SHORT, LOAD. Note: The command starts the measurement immediately independent on the trigger settings. |
