Reads out the receiver attenuation setting capability of the VNA. |

Query Response
comma-separated values in the format of <count>,<port>,<receiver>,<attCount>,<att1>,<att2>,...
<count> - total number of receivers whose attenuation value can be adjusted
<port> - port number
<receiver> - receiver type: 0 = Test receiver, 1 = Reference receiver
<attCount> - number of available attenuation values for this receiver on this port
<att1>, <att2>... - available attenuation values in dB
Example Response
"2,1,0,4,0,6,12,18,2,1,3,0,10,20"
means there is a total of 2 receivers whose attenuation value can be adjusted on this VNA, port 1's test receiver has 4 available attenuation values which are 0 dB, 6 dB, 12 dB, 18 dB. Port 2's reference receiver has 3 available attenuation values which are 0 dB, 10 dB, 20 dB
