The Analyzer contains several items of the same type, such as multiple measuring steps. A numeric suffix is used to denote the item number in a command. The suffix is added to the keyword of the item.
For example, the following command specification specifies the measuring step number to which the command applies:
AFR:CALCulate:STEP<St>:DUT
According to this specification, the command that applies to the third measuring step is written as follows:
AFR:CALCulate:STEP3:DUT
