*TST?

Description

Reads out the analyzer self-test result. 0 indicates no failures found. A non-zero value indicates one or more of failure conditions exist. The SYST:TEST? query returns a textual description of the failures. Note: the query returns a non-zero value when it is issued until the instrument is ready.
