SENSe:CORRection:COLLect:CKIT:STAN<Std>:DATA?
Writes or reads out the data array of the data-based calibration standard. The first element of the array is 1 or 2 and determines the number of ports of the calibration standard. The array format is as follows. When the first element of the array is 1 : <1>,<freq1>,<S11.re1>,<S11.im1>, <freq2>,<S11.re2>,<S11.im2>, … <freqN>,<S11.reN>,<S11.imN> When the first element of the array is 2: <2>,<freq1>,<S11.re1>,<S11.im1>,<S21.re1>,<S21.im1>, <S12.re1>,<S12.im1>,<S22.re1>,<S22.im1>, … <freqN>,<S11.reN>,<S11.imN>,<S21.reN>,<S21.imN>, <S12.reN>,<S12.imN>,<S22.reN>,<S22.imN> |
